Los Banos High School Coach Faces Grooming Allegations

hello everyone. please take the time to read this extremely important message that involves the safety of students. ever since i (now 19 almost 20) was 17 attending los banos high school, beny, an assistant(?) cross country coach for los banos high school whom i have never interacted with, reached out to be-friend me on social media. i never responded because i noticed he was much older and i had no reason to. ever since then, he has been constantly trying to add me on instagram through his personal account and los banos lgbtq page he ran in attempt for me to join over the past 2 years. its been a bit since he’s tried to and yesterday he added me here on facebook and i had enough of it. this isn’t the first time they have done something like this, they have also reached out to my friend who is STILL in high school. the video below are messages i shared with beny after he had added me on facebook. i posted this interaction as well as other messages on instagram regarding his interactions with previous students. since i posted it, ive received all of these messages with previous students and their interactions. this is just the screenshots i could gather in a day, not to mention the MANY other stories. so far one person has told me their interaction of them actually meeting as shown in the post; by the end of it beny (28 at this time) told her, a freshly 18 year old graduated girl, how they had feelings for her. this is grooming behavior. they were her coach. a trusted adult. now, this started as something that was concerning and needed to be stopped before it got any further but it has come to my attention that they have already crossed that boundary before years ago and is still actively trying to continue this behavior. many people have told me they’ve attempted to host hang outs with people including some being 16 year old girls even hosting at their HOUSE and use that lgbtq account to get to them to attend. they struggle with serious mental issues, causing outbursts on social media posts including one that went viral of them age playing and being in diapers as shown in the post. i’m not one to kink shame nor make fun of people with mental illnesses. the soul reason i bring this up is is the fact they are going after very much younger girls including minors which is something inexcusable and i feel could be linked together. either way, they should NOT be put in the position to be around students. while his mother is also a teacher at a different school, i don’t believe she realizes just the severity of her sons case which is why i have no bad feelings nor blame on her end and wish nothing bad upon her. ive been told she’s trying her best as a human and mother for her son. however, with him having mental issues they should NOT be in an environment surrounded by impressionable young teenagers nor justified to groom students. i have taken action in reporting to the school and teachers i know who are doing what they can to protect students. this has gone far beyond someone having mental issues and trying to seek friendships with good intentions. it is VERY obviously confirmed their true intentions are sinister. they use the lgbtq account and his personal account to go after vulnerable children youngest i know being 16, including kids from pacheco. if they genuinely meant well there would be no reason to lie. he knows it’s wrong to text teenagers and claimed to only text those he “knows for sure is over 23” but by these messages and interactions it’s clear they don’t care at all in fact, go after them younger. they actively use doordash and cause discomfort to my friends who he has delivered to which is also mentioned in the screenshots. especially when they went back to my friends work and specifically asked my friend how old she was and proceeded to try and get her instagram after being told she was only 18. again, this behavior, no matter the illness, is inexcusable and if they are really struggling they should not be put in this position. i’ve been told many people wanted to speak up about this and have but yet not much has been done in the past due to lack of evidence/ not many people coming forward/ not taken seriously. since i’ve posted this i’ve gotten enough engagement to prove there is a serious problem here that needs to be addressed. this is only a days worth of digging and asking for help, i can’t image how nah other stories there are out there. if you’ve made it this far i gratefully appreciate you for taking the time to read this and if you have any stories or interactions with him i respectfully ask you to share with me if you are comfortable. i will like to continue to report him to the district to make sure he will not do this anymore. anything submitted will be kept anonymous unless told otherwise. thank you so much and god bless.
